Job summary

The PIG restaurant in Studland, Swanage, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and manage one of four kitchen sections. You will help develop menus, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to sustainable, local sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in running the kitchen.
• Manage one of the four sections, including ordering and rotas.
• Lead and inspire apprentices in the award-winning programme.
• Develop new menu ideas.
