THE PIG in Pensford near Bath is seeking a Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will support the Head Chef across one of four sections, helping to develop menus and oversee health and safety, ordering and rotas.

We pride ourselves on local suppliers within 25 miles and homegrown produce, with a strong apprenticeship programme. Ideal candidates are energetic, passionate about modern British food and sustainability, and ready to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.

• Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen, managing one of the four sections, and contributing new menu ideas.
