Job summary

THE PIG-near Bath is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced, sustainability-driven kitchen. You will manage one of four sections, contribute menu ideas, and ensure health and safety, ordering and rotas are handled efficiently.

With 40 hours per week plus paid overtime, this role offers a competitive salary of £38,272 OTE (including tronc) and a pathway to senior roles across our Pets properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.

• Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen and managing one of the four sections.
• Develop new menu ideas and oversee health and safety, ordering and rotas.
