Fuller’s is seeking an energetic Sous Chef for The Duke of Kent in Ealing, a lively pub preparing for a major refurbishment and a new garden pizza offering. You will work with Head Chef Adrian to drive food quality during the festive period and help shape our events menu.

Lead a passionate kitchen team, ensure seamless high-volume service, and bring a people-first, quality-driven approach to a growing Fuller’s pub and hotel network.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hospitality kitchens.
• Strong food safety awareness and hygiene qualifications.
• Excellent culinary knowledge and ability to create quality dishes.
