Qualifications

• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence with safety and standards in mind.
• Coach, onboard, and develop junior staff to improve the team's performance.
• Ensure every dish meets high quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain stock levels and food cost controls while minimizing waste.
