The Beefy Boys in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for burgers to own their section in a fast-paced kitchen. You will cook, prep, and plate high-quality burgers and work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Team player who works closely with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Food excellence: each dish should be cooked to perfection; if not 10/10, it doesn’t leave the station.
• Hands-on kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment; grilling, assembling, and plating are key.
• Attention to detail: follow recipes, manage cooking times, keep the station in check.
• Ingredient knowledge: manage section ingredients and ensure stock is ready for service.
• Get it done attitude: thrive under pressure and maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
