The Beefy Boys are hiring a Commis Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll support the kitchen team, learn new techniques, and help create epic burgers while staying organized and focused. This is a great starting point to develop your kitchen career and grow with a rapidly expanding burger empire.

• Team player who works with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and kitchen crew to keep everything running smoothly.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, perfect each dish and contribute to the kitchen daily.
• Passion for food with pride in quality and cooked-when-assembled dishes.
• Attention to detail to ensure every plate leaving station is correct.
• Ingredient knowledge and ability to keep stock organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team and learn from experienced chefs.
• Help prep ingredients, assist with cooking and plate assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow recipes and timings.
