Individual Restaurants is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team. You will work with the Head Chef to craft and execute a diverse, world-class menu, maintaining consistency and culinary excellence across dishes.

This role rewards leadership, fast-paced collaboration, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences within our 30+ restaurant collection, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Forbici and Riva Blu.
