Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen based in the UK. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create and execute a diverse, high-quality menu, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.

As a leader in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, you will motivate a dynamic kitchen team, drive culinary excellence and deliver world-class dining experiences across our collection of restaurants.

• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a dynamic kitchen team.
