Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef at the Towers Inn in Birmingham. You will lead a kitchen section, coach the team, and step up when the Head Chef is away, supporting the branded Sizzling Pub & Grill menu and delivering great food to guests.

You’ll be part of a team at one of the UK’s most loved pub brands, with opportunities to grow, training, and benefits. A strong passion for service and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
