Job summary

The Pig Hotel Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for THE PIG-in the Cotswolds. You will own one kitchen section, deliver exceptional dishes and mentor junior chefs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Strong technical cooking skills.
• A genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced food.
• Confidence leading a section.
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
• The desire to learn, develop and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage your own section.
• Support and develop junior chefs.
• Work across sections to broaden experience.
• Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Contribute ideas, creativity and passion to menu development.
• Mentor apprentice chefs.
