Genting Casinos UK Limited is seeking an experienced sous chef to join our kitchen team. This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on smooth kitchen operations, profitability of the restaurant, and delivering outstanding dishes that exceed guest expectations.

You will manage a team, organise stock and prep, maintain hygiene standards, and adapt to varied shifts including evenings and weekends. The role offers a competitive salary and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a sous chef.
• Directing team members to deliver an excellent, efficient service.
• Organising and planning stock and food preparation.
• Maintain a clean working environment, compliant with company standards, food hygiene procedures and legislation, and licensing laws at all times.
• Positive work ethic and ability to be flexible with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about great food and the drive to excel in your field.
