Job summary

All Bar One Bath is seeking a motivated Sous Chef who loves great food, training people and delivering a warm welcome to guests. You’ll run a kitchen section, lead your team, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence to keep service running smoothly.

You’ll master a branded menu, manage stock and food orders, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, opportunity for growth and a supportive Mitchells & Butlers team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure the team works together as one.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work confidently with a branded menu and standards.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that the team adheres to health and hygiene regulations.
