Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or above.
• Minimum two years' professional catering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IDDSI, menu planning and creating dishes for different diets.
• Desire to ensure all dining experiences are of the highest standard.
• Support for residents to promote choice and dignity in dining.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, COSHH and HACCP.
