The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader who cares deeply about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be a food quality expert, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team through training and coaching.
  • Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure proper staffing.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual needs.
