The role:

As a sous chef, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for both guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
