Role: Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
  • has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • has knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • enjoys celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
