The Role:

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food, health, and safety standards, understands financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
