Job summary

Theaddressglasgow is seeking a kitchen assistant to support the Head Chef in delivering high standards of food preparation, production and service. You will follow HACCP guidelines, arrive on duty on time in a clean uniform, and maintain excellent personal hygiene at all times.

You will assist with menu preparation, supervise staff to meet agreed standards, help with ordering and intake, and ensure cleanliness and safety in all work areas. Training and compliance with regulations are required.
