McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Sous Chef for Destination Inns in Hemel Hempstead. You will help deliver a fresh, classic British menu with daily specials in a relaxed country dining setting, with full table service.

Formación

• Experience in a busy kitchen is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the food concept to company standard and exceed guest expectations.
• All aspects of stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and wastage control.
• Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
• Train and develop the kitchen team to reach their potential.
• All aspects of Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
