McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Chef to join Destination Inns, a long-established family business where guests come first and quality is paramount.

You’ll be part of a seriously relaxed country dining experience with full table service and a classic British menu. We offer £13 per hour, a competitive bonus scheme, shift flexibility and weekly pay, plus industry training and the GROW Programme to help you progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a family-run business.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving our menu to a high standard as per company specification to ensure our guests return again and again.
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards within the business and completion of company paperwork with regards to such standards.
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining the correct storage of food.
• Maintaining and clean and safe kitchen environment.
