Job summary

The Plough Inn Eynsford is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training great people. You’ll lead a section and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring the team works as one.

• Strong stock control and food-ordering responsibilities.
• Comfort working with branded menus and maintaining brand standards.
