The role |

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs
