Honeycomb Houses is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at one of our characterful pubs with rooms in the Cotswolds. You will lead a passionate team, ensure meals are prepared to high standards and presented with care, and help craft exciting daily specials.

This role rewards creativity, teamwork and a commitment to excellent hospitality. In a fast-paced, guest‑facing kitchen, you’ll mentor junior staff, uphold stringent food safety guidelines and collaborate with the head chef

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Assist head chef in overseeing kitchen operations and team management.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to Honeycomb Houses specs.
• Monitor quality and taste to maintain consistency.
• Collaborate with head chef to develop menu items and specials.
