• Supports and trains team members to help them excel and maintain high standards
• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches team members on the go
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrates team successes and recognizes individual needs
