• Are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintaining high standards.
• Have experience managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy coaching on the go.
• Support your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
