As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
