Richmond Villages Witney is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the head chef in delivering high-quality meals for residents across the village. You’ll work two shift patterns, maintain hygiene standards and ensure a warm, friendly dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally catering to special dietary needs
• Solid understanding of health and safety procedures
• NVQ/City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety qualification where applicable

Responsabilités

• Support Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with hygiene regulations
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe and hygienic dining environment
• Assist with food preparation across the kitchen to meet service demands
• Ensure food is used within prescribed periods and manage high-risk perishable goods
