Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Sous Chef to lead in our kitchen, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and covering shifts as needed.

You’ll run the line during service, maintain high standards of food and service, and coach the kitchen team to develop their skills while delivering consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
