Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will act as deputy to the Head Chef, lead service, and ensure dishes are prepared from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with pride and consistency.

We value a strong commitment to food safety, high standards, and collaborative teamwork. This on-site role comes with induction and ongoing training, plus a range of employee benefits and opportunities for development.
