Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Odiham is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, delivering dishes made from seasonal, local ingredients and leading a dedicated kitchen team.

The role offers an annual salary up to £37K plus a service charge circa £5K, with an hourly rate available. The venue is a historic Grade II-listed inn in Odiham with a modern refurbishment and a thriving operation.

Bel & The Dragon Odiham underwent a significant 1.5M refurbishment last year and the business is thriving and is looking for the right person to make sure year two post refurbishment is even better!

We are a complete team of around 50 individuals, we boast 16 boutique hotel bedrooms, with a large garden terrace of around 110 covers, an 80 seater open plan restaurant with anopen pass,12 cover Private Dining room & bar areas.
