Job summary

The Falconbrook in Battersea is looking for a Sous Chef to join Portobello pubs and bars. This role promises an immediate start in a busy kitchen that serves seasonal menus and 50% food discounts for staff.

• Experience in busy kitchen environments.

The Falconbrook is a new addition to Battersea and has quickly become a community favourite. Our new Sous Chef will join a busy kitchen, so you will need to slot into a team quickly, demonstrate excellent hygiene and cooking skills and be able to work closely with the Head Chef, ensuring the kitchen is well managed in their absence too.
