Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, operating Toby Carvery Hopgrove, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and for training people. You will run a section and lead the kitchen team, stepping in for the Head Chef when needed to ensure consistency and quality.

As a Sous Chef atToby Carvery - Hopgrove, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
