Mitchells & Butler s Ego - The Star Inn in Kingsclere is looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and developing people. You will run a kitchen section and lead the team, stepping up in the Head Chef's absence to keep service smooth.

You’ll train your team, manage food ordering and stock, and work with a branded menu while aiming to deliver dishes guests love. Excellent progression and staff discounts accompany the role.

• Passion for serving great food and training great people.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section and step in for Head Chef when needed.
• Comfort working with a branded menu and maintaining high standards.

• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team with confidence.

As a Sous Chef atEGO - The Star Inn, Kingsclere, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
