Job description

Join our team as a Sous Chef at The Minster Mill, located just 15 miles from Oxford in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. Our newly developed hotel features a 48-cover 3 AA rosette restaurant, a lounge bar, and banqueting facilities for up to 100 guests.

Role overview:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing a busy kitchen, creating exciting dishes.

  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
  • Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
