Job Role: Jnr Sous Chef

Salary: 36k including tronc

Team Size: 8 Chefs

Daily Covers: 150

Reports to: Head Chef

Nearest Transport: Must drive

We are looking for an experienced well-trained Junior sous chef to help run an award-winning gastropub in Windsor. An amazing place to develop your chef career. Learn from the best!

This is part of a multi award winning fine dining restaurant group with seasonal British produce and their own chef garden. They have 60 covers, and a private dining room for events.

You will be working on the sections, prep and service in a team of 8 chefs through service and maintaining high standards across the site.

We are looking for a real professional, someone with staying power and a willingness to learn and develop as a professional chef! Do not miss out.
