Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for Harvester - Halbeath Park. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef when required, ensuring great food and guest satisfaction.

You will drive your team to hit targets, manage food orders, and uphold branded menu standards while supporting a busy, family-friendly dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to work within a branded menu.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
