Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards using fresh ingredients. You’ll work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency, lead when required, and help with stock control, supplier orders and keeping the kitchen spotless.

• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across kitchen, front-of-house and management teams.
• Contribute to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
