Platinum-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious fine-dining hotel in Wareham. This role offers a salary of up to £43,000 with a strong benefits package, and a brand-new kitchen to showcase your skills.

You will lead and motivate the kitchen team, help evolve the menu, and maintain high standards across all dishes. Accommodation can be arranged if required, and there are excellent development opportunities within a supportive kitchen environment.
