Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy, high-quality kitchen in Arundel. You will work with fresh produce, lead the brigade during service, and help maintain exceptional standards while building a long-term career within a growing hospitality group.

The role offers a £40,950 per year salary including tron, a 45-hour contract, paid overtime, and opportunities for progression as the group expands. Weekend shifts may apply.

• Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Leading the team during service and managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs.
• Managing stock, ordering and ensuring excellent kitchen standards.
