Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Wareham is recruiting a skilled Sous Chef to join a prestigious fine-dining kitchen. You will lead a talented team, contribute to menu development, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a brand-new kitchen environment.

The role offers an excellent package up to 43,000 pounds (38,000 base with up to 5,000 tronc), plus benefits such as free meals on duty, parking, accommodation on request, and strong training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fine-dining kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and supporting a kitchen team.
• Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, and Weymouth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
• Help develop and evolve the menu.
• Produce consistently high-quality fine-dining dishes.
• Maintain excellent standards across food preparation and service.
• Work 48 hours per week across a mix of split and straight shifts.
