Job summary

Oakland Care in Hildenborough is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced, state‑of‑the‑art kitchen. You will help deliver dishes of the highest standard and ensure every resident enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

With at least two years of catering experience, you will work days, 40 hours per week, at £17.50 per hour. This role offers development within a supportive team and opportunities for career progression, along with comprehensive rewards.

• Managing stock control, including ordering and replenishment.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong communication skills.
