Job summary

Add Resource and Labour in Dartmoor, Devon is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support a busy kitchen and maintain the company’s high standards.

Salary £30,000–£35,000 base, depending on experience, with 25 days holiday, pension and life assurance.

You will join a dedicated team handling increasing demand, and will receive ongoing training and development to help you progress. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Sous Chef required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a busy kitchen and maintain high standards.
• Support senior chefs and supervise junior staff.
• Ensure menu and portion control and food safety.
