Job description

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Lost & Found in (LOCATION).

About The Lost & Found: A vibrant venue known for mystical mixology and delectable dishes, transformed into a lively space filled with plants, flowers, and hidden secrets. Our creative mixologists craft beautiful infused spirits and cocktails, while our menu features seasonal produce cooked to perfection.

Role Overview: As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen, including online ordering, stock control, portion and wastage management, food safety, hygiene, and team development.
