This Sous Chef role is for a prestigious hotel near Ilkeston, recognized with numerous awards. It offers an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef who enjoys leading and guiding a team. You will work under a supportive Head Chef who will help develop your skills and knowledge.

The shift pattern includes a couple of 10am – 6pm shifts followed by three late shifts starting between 11am and 2pm.
