What’s involved?
As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, offering support to the Head Chef. The Club is open 7 days a week on a split shift basis. You will only be required to work 5 days out of 7, with rota changes depending on whether it is Summer or Winter.
