Job summary

Care UK is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents using the best fresh ingredients available. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and bring creative flair to showcase high-level hospitality in a healthcare setting.

The role features straight shifts with no evenings, totaling 37.5 hours per week and alternate weekend working. An induction will cover healthcare-specific skills, with a clear path to mentor teams through our Chef academy and grow

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
