Job summary

EGO Nuneaton is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team development. You will lead a section, train a capable team, and step up in the absence of the Head Chef to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and achieving targets.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of stock control and food ordering processes.
• Familiarity with branded menus and standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to health and food hygiene standards.

• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food prep and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
