Job summary

EGO - Little Stanney, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, team leadership and guest satisfaction. You’ll run a kitchen section, motivate your team, and stand in for the Head Chef when required.

• Experience leading a kitchen section and training teams.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
