Job summary

EGO - Cannock is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training people and leaving guests with a smile. You’ll run a section, guide your team, and stand in for the Head Chef when needed.

The role sits within Mitchells & Butlers' family of premium pubs and restaurants, offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu, strong team culture and real progression opportunities.
